We would like to inform you that since December 22nd, 2015, a new tax administrative form and a new tax schedule have been introduced in Côte d’Ivoire.

These new provisions have been confirmed by a statement made by the Tax Director (annex 1).

The new tax form (to download on http://www.dgi.gouv.ci/site/?p=imprimes_unique) is an excel file with predefined formulas (annex 2).

For a better understanding, you will find, here attached, a file detailing the filling process of this form (annex 3).

As for the new tax schedule (annex 4), you should note that it will be applicable for tax returns to submit during the month of January 2016.
