Reminder concerning quarterly tax returns

Dear Readers,

This is a reminder concerning tax returns to submit at the end of each quarter, as mentionned by articles 54, 56ter, 62bis & 62ter of the "Livre de Procédures Fiscales".

Kindly find in attached files, administrative forms relating to these obligations and an internal summary (Only available in French).

For the 1st quarter, these returns must be submitted no later than April 15th.

Penalties for non compliance with these obligations are set at XOF 1,000,000 + XOF 500,000 per additional month of delay.
